• Stand barefoot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
• Mark the longest point of your foot (usually the big toe).
• Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in millimeters – compare it with the “Rec. foot length” column in the table.
• Add 5–10 mm of extra room for comfort, as desired.
