After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days from your order date. Every order includes tracking.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, email info@kikisway.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we send you a Return Authorization with instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or a full refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Contact us at info@kikisway.com, and once your return has been approved you can place a new order for the size or style you would like instead.
