How to measure your body correctly (on the body):
• Chest circumference: place the tape measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest, lying loosely.
• Shoulder width: measure across the back from shoulder bone to shoulder bone.
• Sleeve length: measure from the shoulder point along the outside of the arm to the wrist.

How to measure the garment correctly (shirt lying flat):
• Chest width: button up the shirt, measure from armpit to armpit and multiply the value by 2.
• Shoulder width: measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
• Total length: measure from the highest shoulder point to the hem.
• Sleeve: measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
• Slight deviations of 1–3 cm are completely normal for woven fabrics.

Note on odour after unpacking:
Due to production, dyeing and airtight shipping, the shirt may have a slight “factory smell” when opened. This is harmless and usually disappears after a few days.

How to get rid of the smell quickly:

Shake out the shirt after unpacking and hang it on a hanger.
Let it air for 24–48 hours in a well-ventilated place (e.g. near an open window).
Optionally, wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent before first wear (follow the care label).
Air-dry rather than tumble-drying to protect the shape and colour of the polyester fibre.
After a few days of airing, the smell is usually significantly reduced or has disappeared completely.

The total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days from your order date. Every order includes tracking.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, email info@kikisway.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we send you a Return Authorization with instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or a full refund.
