Body measurement guidelines: Measure chest circumference horizontally across the fullest part of the chest. Measure the waist at its narrowest point and the hips across the widest part of the seat. It's best to measure in underwear and in front of a mirror.

Garment measurement guidelines: If you own a well-fitting swimsuit, lay it flat and measure the length from shoulder to crotch as well as the width at chest and hip height. Compare these values with our figures to better assess the fit.
