1. Foot Length: Place your foot on a sheet of paper and mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
2. Measure the straight-line distance between the two marks in centimeters.
3. For wide feet, consider a slight adjustment when choosing your size.
4. Place your foot fully on the paper and stand up straight.

• Use your measured foot length as your primary guide.
• If you're between sizes, compare your foot length with the size chart.
• Wide feet: choose half a size larger.
